A stunning £15m student-living development, this 191-unit scheme was developed to offer a health and wellbeing experience to its residents.
The building offers access to large communal areas, including a roof terrace and gymnasium, and has an on-site concierge service. Its rooms average 24 square metres in area and feature a kitchen, dining space, double-bed, and workstation and study area.
Catering predominantly for students attending the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan), the NHS have also leased a high number of the units to accommodate doctors and consultants coming to work in the area.
The development, which opened in summer 2018, has revitalised the site of a former church hall building that was also named Canterbury Hall.
