The accreditation provides students with reassurance that Nurtur buildings are safe and well-managed, and that any problems during the tenancy will be handled correctly and fairly.
The criteria for accreditation covers nine categories of effectively managing a student building, from equality & diversity and health & safety policies, to tenant satisfaction feedback.
