Our management operator, Nurtur Student Living has achieved 100% occupancy for the 22/23 academic year.
This is six months ahead of schedule, having only begun managing the building in September 2021.
This follows a massive refurbishment of the social spaces, including a new roof terrace, study areas, games station, and a cinema room totaling £65,000.

Canterbury Hall is Nurtur’s second student living building, having opened our flagship site Nurtur House in Sheffield amidst a global pandemic in 2020.
