The Fraser Morgan team was pleased to welcome project partners, investors and local VIPs to the official opening of Canterbury Hall.
The sun shone brightly as members of the project team – which included Warden Construction, David Cox Architects, Glovers Projects Services and Form Interiors – gathered to mark the opening.
The Deputy Mayor of Preston, councillor David Borrow, was invited to perform ribbon-cutting duties and was given a VIP tour of the facilities, which include a communal roof garden, lounge, gym and cinema room.
The multi-million-pound student living development, which aims to promote healthy lifestyles and wellbeing, is located close to the University of Central Lancashire’s main campus. All 191-units in the £15m development have been sold to investors and the building is almost fully let.
