Nurtur Student Living has had a busy month collecting several awards as the Most Outstanding PBSA Operator.
The Real Estate and Property Awards announced Nurtur as the Most Outstanding Operator in the North of England earlier this month. Winners for the awards are selected based on a vast amount of criteria, including resident satisfaction and adherence to the code of operational standards.
This was closely followed by a win as Best Small Operator at one of the industry’s most prestigious awards, Global Student Living Live, last week in London.
This award is particularly exceptional for the Nurtur team, as it is based solely on how students rated their experience at home in our buildings. Criteria ranges from the cleanliness of the building, the quality of the facilities, and the friendliness of the site team.
Fraser Morgan and the Nurtur Student Living team are due to attend a third ceremony in London in December, in which our collaborative health and wellbeing initiative is recognised for an award.
The design and construction of the building alongside the care shown from the Nurtur team is all considered in the judging process.
