Our student development in Preston, Canterbury Hall has undergone some big renovations to upgrade the social spaces for residents.
Our management division, Nurtur Student Living, began managing our 2018 development in September last year, increasing Nurtur’s management portfolio to two schemes.
Following Nurtur’s appointment, students were encouraged to provide feedback on what they would like to change. This led to renovations totaling £65,000.
The old Cinema Room has been upgraded, and now also includes a study area.
The previous Home Room has also been upscaled, and students can now enjoy a TV with a corner sofa, a games station with a free pool table, and a communal kitchen with a dishwasher and full cooking facilities for group dining sessions and Nurtur-led cooking classes.
And finally, the Roof Terrace has brand-new furnishings that students are enjoying as we approach the summer months.
