Nurtur House, part of our new management division Nurtur Student Living, is progressing nicely as the build edges closer to completion.
The construction is currently ahead of schedule, with the team ready to welcome its first residents in mid-September.
The 288-bed property, located in the heart of Sheffield, has proved popular with students keen to be the first to experience its brand-new facilities.
The luxury facilities include a gym, cinema room, fully equipped kitchen, and studio apartments which include a double bed and en-suite bathroom.
